How does it work?

1. Fill out the form with the necessary information.
2. After receiving your request you will be assigned a Lawchecker that will contact you within 24 hours and ask you to fill out a complimentary form with more detailed information.
3. If all the information is correct and there are no legal barriers, you will get a confirmation and a payment link for a 50% down payment of the service fee by email.*
4. Once we receive the down payment confirmation, your Lawchecker will send you a power of attorney that you need to sign to carry out the whole purchasing process for you. Feel free to have it checked by your usual council. 
5. Your Lawchecker will inform you about the progress of the purchase in real time and get your formal approval for all mayor steps beforehand.
6. Once the the date for the signing of the public deed before a notary is set, the remainder of the service fee will be due.
7. Finally, the Lawchecker will carry out all the post-sale formalities and will notify you when the whole process has been concluded.
