Our Legal Background Check service is available all of the Spanish territory (including the Balearic and Canary islands). Our Property Inspection service and Home Purchase Service are only available in the Costa del Sol (Municipalities: Sotogrande, Estepona, Benhavis, Marbella, Istán, Ojén, Mijas, Fuengirola).

Our Property Inspection and Legal Background Check services require full payment upon requesting the service. The Home Purchase Service os paid in two phases; the first one when the service is contracted and the second one once the purchase of the property is completed.
All the Lawcheckers who work with Valido Home are lawyers licensed and registered in their respective professional associations. To become an official Valido Home Lawchecker they have demonstrated specialized professional experience in the real estate market and its transactions.
In general, all properties are subject or affected by some kind of encumbrance, the important thing is to know it before signing or advancing money, so if this is your case, Valido Home will have saved you a lot of headache (and money). Whatever the charge or condition found, our Lawcheckers will take care of it for you. In the worst case scenario, if it cannot be solved within a reasonable period of time, we will advise you not to proceed with the purchase and we will explain the reasons why we have come to that conclusion. In the end, the decision will always be yours, but you will be well advised.
