How does it work?

1. Fill out the form with the necessary information.
2. After receiving your request and payment confirmation you will be assigned a Lawchecker that will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the property be checked.
3. Once confirmed, our Lawchecker will carry out a cross analysis between the "nota simple" of the property obtained through the "Colegio Oficial de Registradores", the cadastral information and the data offered by the seller or realtor.
4. You will receive a full written report of our findings within 24-48 hours after the confirmation, containing a concrete purchasing risk assessment.
